I'm a therapist and use this with my clients. Great for the worriers.

A very good book but it is difficult at present for me to give an accurate review because worry and rumination has not been so troublesome for me recently but when I received the book I started reading it and thought it very good. I believe this book will help a lot of people.

I was ruminating to the point of making myself physical ill. I felt utterly detached from my present and despondent.
